I'm a dog owner to two beautiful golden doodles and overall dog lover. Since I was young I’ve loved animals — both learning about and taking care of them. I have decided to start my very own dog walking business to connect and care for new clients and their pet owners around the Langley area. I pride myself on the high-standard of care and services that I offer. I hope I get the chance to meet your lovely pet soon.

We require all dogs participating in group walks to be fully updated on all vaccinations.

New pet sitting clients must schedule a meet & greet session prior to our stay to ensure all details are covered and that we can provide the best care for your animals.

Intact dogs will not be allowed to attend dogs park visits while in heat. Leashed walks with the appropriate pack mates will be available.

A registration form will be sent to all new customers upon booking. This form must be filled out with the require information before our first walk together.

The safety and well-being of every dog is our top priority. We strictly adhere to a maximum three dogs per leash walking pack to ensure all individuals' needs are met.

A one-on-one walking evaluation will take place before any group session to examine the dog's walking etiquette as well as behavioural patterns. This will provide us with the information we need to match your pet with the appropriate pack mates. Any dog displaying aggression towards their pack mates may be re-evaluated for a different pack or transitioned exclusively to private walks.

Mutt Strutters reserves the right to capture photos and videos of pets during our services. These images may be used for promotional, marketing, and social media purposes, celebrating our furry clients and the joy of our walks. Note: Customers can opt out by emailing us at muttstruttersdogwalking@gmail.com.

If there is a need to cancel or reschedule any of our services, you must notify us 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment or a 5% charge will be applied.

We take your home security very seriously. To ensure your home stays safe and secure, all keys we handle are kept in the hands of our company's owner with 'dog tag' to protect direct identification and addresses. If you provide us access codes or fobs, they receive the same level of care and discretion. Clients are to ensure the keys and access methods are in working order to avoid any disruptions in services.

Pets are family. If any emergency arises, we'll rush to get them the best care, with a $15/hour fee for unreachable owners.

Your scheduled walking time is the time of which your dog is on the trail. This does not include pick-up and drop-off. There is a 10-15 minute buffer before and/or after your scheduled time for transportation.
